Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to assure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Handle vehicle admissions
• Generate sales leads
• Recommend potential products or services to customers after analyzing customer needs
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills required

• Proven Sales experience or experience as a Sales Executive Representative will be an added advantage along with passion for marketing and sales
• G.C.E Ordinary level or abov
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
