We are looking for a suitable qualified person to join the company as for SALES EXECUTIVES (IN EKALA/ BERUWALA & GALLE AREAS) for the following role and responsibilities.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for sales and collection targets given by the company.
• Attending divisional meetings and submitting reports in a timely manner.
• Follow administration work given by the immediate supervisor.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports and meet product based targets.
• Handling internal and external complaints.
• Providing market information, competitor activities and new product development information to the management team.
• Communicating with branch team on sales related promotions.
• Responsible for dealer visits, appointment of new dealers and handle all the distributors operations.
• Monitoring the distributor and company collections.
• Increase the bank guarantees based on the sales potential
• Increase the distribution and marketing strategies in the allocated territory.
• Seeking new business opportunities.
• Conducting demonstration & sales promotion.
• Coordinate with management team
• Follow the daily routine work according to the executed plan given by the HOD.
• Collect branch debtors within the credit period

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years' experience in the similar field
• Having a marketing qualification will be an added advantage
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Having a valid riding/driving license
