The Company was established in 1977 with the vision of spreading the fragrance around the globe. A 46-year-old company which markets under the brand "Sapumal".
The role would be to spearhead the entire Sales management operations of Sapumal Industries (Pvt) Limited, and managing distributors around island.
- Plan the sales process for General trade and Key account management.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Develop & Implement strategic business plan to maximize the market share.
- Ability to demarcate territories to establish a stronger distributor channel across the island.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Must have at least 5 to 10 years of sales experience at senior management level within the FMCG industry.
- A successful track record with accomplished in a similar industry will be a definite advantage.
- Maturity, strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are a necessity.
- Professional qualification in Marketing & Sales.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- A strong staff management capability to enhance sales performance while motivating & leading the team.
