Sales Manager - Project Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation of a consistent sales targets, pricing tools and performance metrics
• Participating into market visits & analyzing data to assess market trends and competitor activities 
• Deployment of proper risk management frameworks
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communicational skills
• Work with field and internal teams to define sales enablement deliverables & project plans 
• Partner with NPD ideas.

REQUIREMENTS

• A full or part qualification in sales or related industry from a recognized institute
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in Sinhala and English (other languages will be an added advantages)
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in related job background
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum or no supervision
• Sound knowledge on computer literacy
