MANAGER - SALES & MARKETING

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales from a recognized university
• Minimum five (05) years of experience in the field
• Real Estate industry experience is preferred
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies are highly required
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala is must
• Ability to lead sales team
• Age below 35 years are preferred
• Should be able to work on weekends

ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES & MARKETING

• Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales with minimum three (03) years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales would be an added advantage
• Real Estate industry experience is preferred
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala
• Age below 30 years of age is preferred
• Should be able to work on weekends

SALES EXECUTIVE

• Should have passed GCE A/L & GCE O/L with at least 05 credit passes
• Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales with minimum two (02) years of experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Age between 25-30 years of age is preferred
• Highly self and ambitious candidates in achieving targets
• Should be able to work on weekends
