Sales Merchandising Assistant

Role Highlights:

  1. Sales Support: Assisting the sales team in their efforts to sell products to modern trade retailers.
  2. Merchandising: Ensuring that products are displayed effectively within the retail outlets to maximize visibility and sales. This may include arranging displays, setting up promotional materials, and monitoring product placement.
  3. Inventory Management: Keeping track of product stock levels at the retail locations and working with the inventory or supply chain team to ensure that products are adequately stocked and restocked as needed.
  4. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel at the retail outlets to ensure a smooth working relationship and to address any issues or concerns.
  5. Compliance: Ensuring that all products and displays adhere to the retail outlet's regulations, policies, and guidelines
  6. Communication: Serving as a liaison between the company and the modern trade retailers, relaying important information and updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • GCE Advanced Level qualification.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Modern Trade/ General Trade Sales & Merchandising.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and enjoy working at a fast pace in a target driven environment.
  • A team player with a passion for success.
