- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team in their efforts to sell products to modern trade retailers.
- Merchandising: Ensuring that products are displayed effectively within the retail outlets to maximize visibility and sales. This may include arranging displays, setting up promotional materials, and monitoring product placement.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of product stock levels at the retail locations and working with the inventory or supply chain team to ensure that products are adequately stocked and restocked as needed.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel at the retail outlets to ensure a smooth working relationship and to address any issues or concerns.
- Compliance: Ensuring that all products and displays adhere to the retail outlet's regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Communication: Serving as a liaison between the company and the modern trade retailers, relaying important information and updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- GCE Advanced Level qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Modern Trade/ General Trade Sales & Merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and enjoy working at a fast pace in a target driven environment.
- A team player with a passion for success.
