Qualifications and skills required

• A degree or equal qualification in marketing or a similar discipline from a recognized institution.
• Applicants for Sales Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of sales/marketing experience at a managerial level, while Assistant Sales Manager candidates should possess 5 years of experience at an executive level.
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques with the focus towards precise goals
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidates for Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager positions must possess the ability to travel, work under pressure, and demonstrate leadership skills; Sales Managers are also expected to lead a team of sales.
• Preferred age for Sales Manager candidates: below 45 years, and for Assistant Sales Manager candidates: below 35 years, both seeking individuals with charismatic personalities.
