Secretarial Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly Agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Support Group Secretary to take meeting minutes and completion of regular reports and methodical filling and maintenance of records /database and preparation of reports
  • Assist in all other administrative work as and when required

Pre-Requisites

  • Ability to translate meetings taken in Sinhala to English is a must
  • Diploma in Secretarial studies or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum one year of experience in Secretarial practice/ administration in a recognized private or public sector organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Fair for public relations, cross cultural sensitivity and good interpersonal skills
  • Be able to demonstrate good IT skills and ability to work on MS Office
  • Be self-driven, target oriented and passionate towards achievements 
  • Ability to handle all matters in a confidential and professional manner 
  • Preferred age below 55
