Skills/Qualification and Experience;
- Diploma in professional secretarial practice
- Sound Knowledge in air ticketing and visa
- Experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication and PR skills and Telephone Manners
- Excellent command of English & Sinhala in Both written and oral
- Outgoing proactive and friendly personality
- The candidate should be computer literate in MS. Office, MS. Excel and
- PowerPoint and Email Communication
- The candidate should have the ability to prepare reports, and letters, organize well and handle administrative tasks
Working days & times; Monday to Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Kohuwala)
