Senior Assistant Manager Warehouse Transport

We are currently looking for a dynamic, result oriented professional for the above post to look after the Warehouse & Transportation Operation of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling below duties and responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the transportation and warehouse functions of the company
• Develop and implement transportation and warehouse strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Plan and coordinate routes to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with all transportation and warehouse regulations, laws and policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and stakeholders
• Manage and develop a team of transportation and warehouse staff

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, Finance or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in transportation and/or warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of transportation and warehouse management systems and software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
