Senior Consultant (HCM)

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Senior Consultant - HCM. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.

The Senior Consultant - HCM will be responsible for:

• Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions i.e ., identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer requirements
• Facilitating workshops to collect business requirements, map client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and developing necessary product modifications to satisfy the needs of clients
• Designing, customizing, configuring, and testing SAP HCM services, identifying gaps, issues, and capabilities to provide workaround solutions

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a similar capacity with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar job role, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in core areas of SAP HCM with a key focus on implementing and supporting SAP HCM core modules especially payroll and Time Management for UAE
• Knowledge of SAP development tools including SAP HCM Workbench, and integration capabilities using SAP will be an added advantage
• Experience in supporting the core application areas of SAP HCM i.e ., Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Payroll, and custom applications related to them
• A certification in SAP Developments which will be an added advantage
• Experience in UAE HCM implementation and support which will be a definite advantage
