Key Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, in a timely fashion.
- Managing all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
- Taking ownership of customers inquiries and follow-up through to provide the better service to customer.
Qualifications :
- Hands on experience on computer applications such as ERP, Office package.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment will be added advantage industry would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
