Key Responsibilities :

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, in a timely fashion.
  • Managing all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Taking ownership of customers inquiries and follow-up through to provide the better service to customer.

Qualifications :

  • Hands on experience on computer applications such as ERP, Office package.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment will be added advantage industry would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
