Retail Information Technologies (Pvt) Limited [RIT] is a fully owned subsidiary of Sumathi Holdings and has over two decades of experience in the industry and the RIT is known as the pioneers in the industry of Retail Information Technology. We are looking for a Creative, Knowledgeable and well experienced professional who can join our winning team to deliver quality work to our customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively participate to deliver solid customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality software support service.
  • Proactively participate for operate the software support helpdesk
  • Involve in software solution implementations in customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot client-side issues and identify the defects and provide the first level support.
  • Attend client sites to perform software maintenance activities.
  • Demonstrate the software products / Conduct user trainings to customers.
  • Follow appropriate company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent from a recognized educational institute with over 2+ years' experience.
  • Experience in MSSQL database management.
  • Experience in Crystal / SSRS report development & deployment.
  • Sound Knowledge in programming languages (C#.Net / ASP.net)
  • Good Team Player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on a roaster basis and willing to travel customer sites when necessary.
