IMMEDIATE VACANCY: SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
LOCATION: KANDY [HIGH RISE HOTEL PROJECT]
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- BSc. in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of working experience in high rise building projects
- Overall Project Management
- Ability to work in MS office package, MS project, AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized, efficient and ability to work under pressure
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and managing of the project operations and site administration
Obtaining and adhering project approvals - Coordinating with client, consultants, vendors and Sub contractors
- Time and resource management

LOCATION: KANDY [HIGH RISE HOTEL PROJECT]
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- BSc. in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of working experience in high rise building projects
- NDT or HND with minimum 5 years working experience in High rise building projects
- Ability to work in MS office package, MS project, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized, efficient and ability to work under pressure
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and managing of the project operations
- Obtaining and adhering project approvals
- Coordinating with client, consultants, vendors and Sub contractors

- Preparing of necessary project documentation
