Senior Enterprise Specialist IT

JOB PROFILE:

• Responsible to work on Technical Product Selecting and Technical write-ups for RFI and RFP.
• Design, propose, Infrastructure with VMware vSphere, Virtualization for client's requirements.
• Design, guide, Infrastructure with DELL Enterprise Servers, Blade solutions, Fabric Switches, and DELL Storages.
• Sizing, design, Infrastructure with Backup & Recovery solutions using Veeam.
• Perform technical demonstrations and presentations to customer.
• Customer requirements analysis and draft technical write-ups, Visio diagrams and technical proposal preparation.
• Facilities opportunity creation and initiate cross selling and up selling of products.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Should have minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
• Should be able to Work with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Formulating and leading presales technical/functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Developing webinars/marketing materials.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Sinhala languages.
• Excellent and computer literate with ability to work in a fully computerized working environment.
• Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills and willingness to work extra hours, when required.
• Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design.
• Ability to multitask and priorities with excellent interpersonal skills.
