Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager


  • Crafting and implantation of business development, sales and marketing strategies to achieve the corporate goals and objectives.
  • Acquire and expand the customer base to achieve the targeted revenue growth through direct sales, channel partners etc.
  • Targeted marketing efforts to ensure strong presence of the brand.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships understanding their needs and convert into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with strong partners/vendors to achieve inorganic business growth.
  • Identify emerging trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
  • Actively participate in planning and managing product road map and the customizations to meet the need of the customers.
  • Liaise with internal technical teams on pre sales and post sales activities.
  • Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, motivating and performance monitoring of subordinates.


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, sales & marketing, Fintech or Merchant Acquiring.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree - Sales Marketing or Business Administration or a related field will be added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, present and influence convincingly and effectively at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive the businesses to achieve budgeted top line as well as bottom line.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
