Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management in a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of HR and minimum 2 years of experience in the similar capacity.
- Good command of spoken and written communication skills both in Sinhala & English languages.
- Age below 35 years.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing is mandatory for this position.
- In depth knowledge in labor laws and related government status.
- High level of integrity and capability to work independently.
- Ability to conduct inquiries and implementation of disciplinary procedures.
