Senior Executive Claims Scrutinizer

Responsibilities

• Handling 24*7 claims scrutiny on shift basis
• Claim processing - Health Claim and Life Claims
• Attending customer complaints and queries and providing feedback to Management
• Maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Knowledge in insurance and/or medical management or a qualified pharmacist.
• GCE A/L - with 3 passes - preferably in science stream
• Sound Knowledge in MS Office packages -Excel/Word
• Writing and Verbal communication in English and Sinhala. (Tamil communication skills will be an added qualification)
• Age - not exceeding 35 years
• Preferred a male candidate
