The key resources selected would be entrusted with a Techno Commercial role where the selected candidate would be responsible for maintaining corporate and SME product portfolios. This entails presales activities including preparation and conducting demos to customers, key account management in a product perspective, tracking and management of product enhancements as well as commercial management of the products including billing reconciliation and overall coordination between all stakeholders.
Further the candidate will be responsible for day-to-day recordkeeping and management of customer performance records. The role will also require hands on new product integration and existing product management. This role will require the resource to interact across Commercial functions such as Marketing, Sales and also operations, IT and customer care teams to ensure current and new business objectives are met. Candidate will be required to conduct advance analysis and maintain product health as well as use marketing and product development concepts contribute to new products and enhance existing products.
