The key resources selected would be entrusted with a Techno Commercial role where the selected candidate would be responsible for maintaining corporate and SME product portfolios. This entails presales activities including preparation and conducting demos to customers, key account management in a product perspective, tracking and management of product enhancements as well as commercial management of the products including billing reconciliation and overall coordination between all stakeholders.

Further the candidate will be responsible for day-to-day recordkeeping and management of customer performance records. The role will also require hands on new product integration and existing product management. This role will require the resource to interact across Commercial functions such as Marketing, Sales and also operations, IT and customer care teams to ensure current and new business objectives are met. Candidate will be required to conduct advance analysis and maintain product health as well as use marketing and product development concepts contribute to new products and enhance existing products.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Actively contribute to presales by supporting and at times leading Proof-of-Concepts (PoC), training and enterprise product demos to account managers and customers
  • Maintaining the required Pre-Sales collateral for technical demonstrations of all solutions and attending technical meetings
  • Customer onboarding support with training and coordination as and when required.
  • Assist in translation of enterprise client's business requirements in to technical solutions and maintain records of the solution design
  • Manage and ensure proper dissemination of technical information, solution descriptions and statements of work of entire enterprise sales team
  • Manage solution deployment projects end to end across all business work streams leading to professional project management.
  • Support enterprise products day to day activities across all internal and external stakeholder groups
  • End to end management with all internal and external stakeholders in new projects leading to successful launch and commercialization
  • Contribute to product enhancements and new product development
  • Monitor Main KPIs for each product and manage for optimal performance with minimum supervision

Key Requirements;

  • B.Sc. / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, IT, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline (for candidates with a marketing background a sound technical foundation would be a definite advantage)
  • 2-5 years' experience in a telecommunication or in a similar role in technical / commercial product management with proven experience of successful products launches and post launch management
  • Knowledge of system integration and Ul and UX functionalities as well as certification or hands-on experience in project management would be an advantage
  • Excellent command of English and an above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
