Job Profile

  • Execute and roll-out recruitment strategies across the factory to ensure the fulfillment of the capacity plan
  • Spearhead & assist in the implementation of HR Special projects /systems and act as the resource person to ensure smooth roll-out
  • Maintain on-going communications with all the employees and handling Industrial relations matters at the factory levels while attending to employees' issues / grievances
  • Execute and monitor monthly payroll process & attendance system in the factory to ensure higher degree of accuracy
  • Assist and roll-out Occupational Safety & Health activities to maintain a hazards free environment for employees while coordinating with various statutory bodies/authorities to maintain standards according to required compliance requirements
  • Organize and conduct employee engagement activities and CSR activities within the organization and ensure the uplifting of employee motivation

Requirements

  • Degree in HRM from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute
  • G.C.E. A/L qualification and minimum a credit pass for English Language a G.C.E. O/L examination
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision with great attention to details to achieve tight deadlines
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English
  • Computer literacy including MS Office package
  • Possess at least 4 - 5 years' experience in similar capacity and preferences will be given for those who have worked in BOI registered manufacturing environment
  • Be less than 32 years of age and be able to work long hours as and when required
  • Preference will be given to the candidates who are residing in or around Koggala area.
