SENIOR EXECUTIVE - HR
What you have to do
- Handling overall HR Operations.
- Handling employee exit procedure.
- Implement and Maintain HR Policies and Procedures.
- Manage and resolve employee issues and disciplinary matters.
- Handling labor cases and having good knowledge in labor law.
What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or professional qualifications from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in payroll management, employee relations, staffing, and employee grievances handling.
- High knowledge in Computer Literacy with MS Office package.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills Age below 35 Years.
- Good Team player with excellent communication skills.
EXECUTIVE - HR
What you have to do
- Assist all HR Functions.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports as per request of the management.
- Assist to process the payroll.
What You Need
- Fully Qualified with Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant professional qualifications
- 2-4 year experience in a human resources/administrative position in FMCG/Hotels/ Restaurants or Farms would be an added advantage.
- Age should be below 30 Years. • Sound Knowledge of MS Office Package
- Basic knowledge of labor laws Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Work Under pressure and meet deadlines.
