Our client is a group of companies pioneering MEP solutions providing our service locally and internationally. They are currently looking for a young, dynamic, result-oriented, and dedicated Individual for the position of Human Resources Executive to be based at their Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the HR systems and Procedures; Covering Recruitment, Payroll & Grievances.
- Planning & executing employee engagement & welfare activities.
- Develop and formulate the divisional requirements and recruitment plans.
- Identify training needs and employee views on process improvements
- Carry out 360 Degree employee appraisals of varied forms.
- Create Brand awareness for the company from an HR perspective.
The Ideal Candidate Should Be:
- Diploma level or Higher Education from a Recognized Institution.
- Flair for engagement with varied levels of employees and strong communication.
- Ability and the Skill to Organize events with the Engagement of Employees at all Levels.
- Excellent communication, telephone, organizational, interpersonal verbal, and written skills.
- A minimum of 03 years of experience in an HR department is essential.
- Preferred age below 35 yrs.
Working days & times; Monday to Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Kohuwala)
