Senior Executive - Human Resources (Corporate Head Office, Borella)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Having experience in training & development, performance management and having experience of handling disciplinary cases
• Exposure to an apparel manufacturing environment will be an advantage
• Good communication skills, a pleasing and outgoing personality with the ability to work hard
• The candidate should have first class interpersonal skills and organizational ability with a positive frame of mind at all times
• Good command of English and computer literacy is a must (specially in MS Excel)
