  • Responsible for HR operations function including supporting the monthly payroll.
  • Review, develop and monitor overall HR operation strategies, systems, processes, policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Build a win-win relationship between management and employees Connect with employees and resolve issues.


  • 3+ years experience in HR with at least 2+ years experience in HR Operations and also experience in HR Audits (Operation/Payroll).
  • Degree or a similar qualification in Human Resources.
  • Experience in HRIS and high computer literacy is a must.
  • Knowledge in payroll management will be an added advantage. .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing skills.
  • Should be an independent person with high interpersonal, analytical, team, & leadership skills.
