We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated person for the above post to handle all litigation matters and provide secretarial assistances to the HR Department while maintaining high level of confidentiality. The key duties and responsibilities of the selected candidate are as follows:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and maintains, and protect sensitive data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
- Liaise with other SBU's, Divisions, Departments, etc on administrative and HR matters related to the Department
- Maintaining the filing system of all correspondence
- Covering all HR related meetings and taking minutes and follow ups
- Handle and maintain all PF's, salaries, allowances of Managers and above staff
- Responsible to maintain records of all company litigation matters including domestic inquiries, Labor Department, Labor Tribunal, High Court, Magistrate Court, Court of Appeal & Supreme Court cases
- Handle & coordinate all preliminary investigations, domestic inquiries and maintain high level of confidentiality in order to maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM
- Master's Degree in a relevant/similar discipline would be an added advantage
- Passed G.C.E. (O/L) including Credit passes for English and Mathematic
- Minimum of 06 years overall experience in the HR field & two years experience as an HR Executive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of IT literacy including sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound planning, organizing skills and presentation skills coupled with a methodical approach to work
- Should be below 35 years
