- Successfully completion of G.C.E Advanced Level.
- Degree or Professional qualification in HR/Finance/Legal/Marketing/Insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Operations Department will be an added advantage.
- Optimal knowledge related to Life Insurance, Operations, Administrations, HR, Finance, Marketing and Sales.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office packages (Excel and Word).
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Good oral and written communications skills in Sinhala/English.
- Age above 20 years.
