Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Recruitment and Selection Process
- Handling the onboarding process
- Manage employee/candidate information comprehensively while maintaining updated databases
- Payroll calculations and processing
- Conducting day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
- Overseeing the employee’s Exit process
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour laws and regulations
- Assist in routine HR administration functions in the department
Personal Profile and Skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and / or a professional qualification in HRM
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in a similar job role in the IT industry will be an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively, independently, and as a highly resourceful team player under pressure and within deadlines
- Proficiency in documenting processes, reporting, and analytics
- Exceptional Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exhibits a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Creative and innovative thinker, who actively presents new opportunities, proposes solutions and recommends best practices
- Ability to develop rapport and engender trust
- The candidate should be residing in proximity to Colombo
