Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Recruitment and Selection Process
  • Handling the onboarding process
  • Manage employee/candidate information comprehensively while maintaining updated databases
  • Payroll calculations and processing
  • Conducting day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
  • Overseeing the employee’s Exit process
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour laws and regulations
  • Assist in routine HR administration functions in the department

Personal Profile and Skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and / or a professional qualification in HRM
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in a similar job role in the IT industry will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work effectively, independently, and as a highly resourceful team player under pressure and within deadlines
  • Proficiency in documenting processes, reporting, and analytics
  • Exceptional Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Creative and innovative thinker, who actively presents new opportunities, proposes solutions and recommends best practices
  • Ability to develop rapport and engender trust
  • The candidate should be residing in proximity to Colombo
