Senior IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end user support & handle backend issues related to IT (L2 & L3).
• Endpoint protection & user backup management.
• Monitoring & Maintaining server/ client updates (WSUS/ RMM).
• Introduce new technologies for improvement.
• Provide remote site support upon incidents/ requests.
• Assist in the Group level IT asset purchasing process.
• Maintain IT inventory.
• Managing IT projects and meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required by the position.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher National Diploma or relevant Professional qualification in IT
• Network & Systems administration skills and previous experience in deployments (i.e. - Network & Server configuration)
• Hands-on experience in Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, O365 Suit, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Proven experience in IT project implementations (Hardware/ Software)
• Ability to handle complex IT issues and adopt latest IT concepts and Technologies
• Previous experience in managing, maintaining and troubleshooting client operating systems (Windows/ IOS) and Network issues.
• Should be a team player and willing to work extended hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work extended hours under minimum supervision
