Key Responsibilities
- Provide end user support & handle backend issues related to IT (L2 & L3).
- Endpoint protection & user backup management.
- Monitoring & Maintaining server/ client updates (WSUS/ RMM).
- Introduce new technologies for improvement.
- Provide remote site support upon incidents/ requests.
- Assist in the Group level IT asset purchasing process.
- Maintain IT inventory.
- Managing IT projects and meet deadlines.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required by the position.
Requirements
- Degree or Higher National Diploma or relevant Professional qualification in IT
- Network & Systems administration skills and previous experience in deployments (i.e. - Network & Server configuration)
- Hands-on experience in Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, O365 Suit, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Proven experience in IT project implementations (Hardware/ Software)
- Ability to handle complex IT issues and adopt latest IT concepts and Technologies
- Previous experience in managing, maintaining and troubleshooting client operating systems (Windows/ IOS) and Network issues.
- Should be a team player and willing to work extended hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work extended hours under minimum supervision
