A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field mentioned above with first or second-class honors, a doctoral degree from a recognized university and minimum 6 years of experience in research, teaching and/or practice after completion of the bachelor's degree. A strong publication record in reputed journals is expected from the right candidate.
