Senior Manager - Industrial & Institutional Sales

The individual will drive growth strategies in the industrial and institutional space and will report to the General Manager Sales. You will partner with cross functional stakeholders to achieve sales target and deliver exceptional customer service.

Further will be responsible for the following;

  • Seeking emerging institutional and industrial opportunities where the home and personal care portfolio could raise revenue targets to new heights.
  • Efficient management of channel budget and debtor management.
  • Motivating and driving the frontline sales team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Drive preferred supplier status with all industrial and institutional partnerships.


  • Possesses a Bachelors degree in Business Management/Marketing or a SLIM/CIM qualified while a MBA would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the field of sales (Where a minimum of 2-3 years experience in industrial & institutional sales would be advantageous)
  • Proven track record in account management.
