THE PROFILE

• Managing & monitoring all the relevant aspects of the Application Software Solutions implemented in Softlogic Finance PLC.
• Managing the regularity requirements such as CBSL Guidelines and CRIB related matters related to all applications.
• Managing the application audit reviews that are taking place at Softlogic Finance PLC and ensure the implementation of those recommendations, as necessary.
• Involve and manage all application implementations.
• Be current with best practices of IT and the Business.

THE PERSON

• A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• MBA would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on MS SQL Server and Database Management.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managing IT applications and IT application implementations.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Good communication & managerial skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Work self-directed and independently
