Senior Relationship Executive

The Job Role :

The selected candidate will be responsible for selling bancassurance products at partnered bank branches on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring new clients while conducting discussion to identify the need to offer proper solutions.
• Provide additional benefits to the clients in order to protect their health-related issues.
• Maintain the policy persistency & retention
• Build relationship with branch staff in order to generate quality warm leads
• Maintain the constant business conversion on monthly basis.
• Generate leads on his /her own.
• Customer leads which are provided by branch staff and by IRO must be converted at expected level.

Qualifications :

• 2-3 years experience in sales or sales related field.
• A diploma or any equivalent qualification would be an added advantage
• Flair for sales with a positive attitude
• A highly ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
• Computer literacy is essential
• Presentation skills/ negotiation skills/ Customer relationship management skills are essential
