We are looking for a passionate and competitive Sales Executive to contribute to the company's growth. We are a leading company engaged in manufacturing and supplying high-quality chemicals and engineering equipment to the government of Sri Lanka and many local industries. As we strive to achieve excellence, we are looking for self-motivated ambitious and dynamic individuals with a passion for sales to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently pursue sales targets and effectively introduce company's product portfolio to prospective clients.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets and increase sales by utilizing all available channels.
  • Carry out market research to identify new sales opportunities as well as keep pulse on current
  • Market prices and new activities.
  • Develop good, lasting business relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle any complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better sales results.

Professional Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in an active sales role.
  • Knowledge in chemical/dyes/detergent/paint industry will be advantageous
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Be proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Academic Requirements

  • Passed GCE O/L and A/L exams.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Emailing.
