Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (Java/Angular)

Your role:
- Work with microservice architecture-based projects
- Work with JAVA J2EE projects including Spring/Spring boot
- Work with REST APIs
- Work with Angular-based projects
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software
- Become an ambassador of Villvay’s values when representing the company to its stakeholders
Required experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Java development
- Strong understanding about core Java and OOP concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing J2EE applications (Spring framework)
- Experience in front-end development using Angular
- Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, queries and concepts
- Experience/Knowledge in Microservice architecture, Spring Cloud
- Experience/Knowledge in cloud technologies like AWS
- Experience/Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline, Git, Jira
Added advantages:
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code, especially AWS CloudFormation
- Familiarity with observability tools like New Relic, ELK or any M.E.L.T Stack
