Job Description:
- Day to day end user support
- Daily monitoring of all systems (Cloud and local client server infrastructures).
- Getting hands on with following tasks:
- Backups and DR Replications
- Monthly system patches & system testing
- Build, maintain and troubleshoot client networks (servers, applications, networks, firewalls, wireless networks, etc)
- Hours of work are during business hours in Atlantic Time Zone (-4) starting around 4:30pm Sri Lanka time
- This position at times requires over 40 hours/week and for candidate to be available off hours and on weekends when required
- Candidate must have excellent communications skills (English spoken and written)
- Need a "go-getter" type personality where candidate gets involved in all aspects of work/projects
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, MCSE/MCSA and CCNA preferred.
- Expert Knowledge of technical infrastructure for 2012, 2016 and 2019 Windows server environments (AD, DNS, DFS, RDS, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of VMware vSphere 6 and above
- Excellent Networking abilities (Firewalls, wireless technologies, etc)
- Hands on experience with Office 365 migrations.
