Senior Systems and Network Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and provisioning, including installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of ICT systems (including network and security related devices) as per company and industry guidelines and compliance needs.
• Maintenance of configuration logs and backups of the relevant infrastructure
• Provide Level 2 support to end users as per agreed SLAs
• Maintain an inventory of relevant systems and network infrastructure and keep tabs of preventive maintenance
• Provide guidance, support and technical knowhow to co-workers and end users as needed

Candidate Profile

• Degree from a recognized University
• Relevant Professional qualifications (CCNP, MCSA etc.,) would be an advantage
• 2+ years of relevant working experience specially in a WAN environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving ability, ability to multi-task and learn new concepts quickly
• Recommend adoption of suitable new trends and concepts based on organization relevance
• Team orientation
