Key Requirements:

• Having a Bachelor's degree in Textile Clothing Management
• Should have more than 5 years of experience in the Apparel Industry - (Dress, Blouses& Outwear will be added advantage)
• Should be conversant with all aspects of garment construction - experience in Line Feeding/ Lay Out/ Machine Handling 
• Ability to initiate and develop procedures to improve quality of the products
• Analyze the fit and follow up all the comments based on the buyers requirement
• Communicating with buyers and factories
