Service Technician IT

Job Profile:

Laptop O/S Installations (Ubuntu, MacOS, MS Windows). Laptop application software Installations. Laptop Dongle & other device Installations. Laptop hardware troubleshooting and Laptop Software troubleshooting. Laptop user account setup, fixing the permission issue. Handling the User desk Network point issues & Power issues. Involve in Projector and TV related tasks. Inventories update related tasks. Any other task related to endpoint management.

Candidate Profile:

• Should possess the GCE O/L and GCE A/L exam with 03 simple passes.
• Professional Qualifications in IT and Hardware Technical (NVQ Level 04/05) would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 02 year of working experience in the similar capacity.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written.
• Should be a team player, hardworking, and dedicated person.
• Age should be below 30 years.
• Should be a person with high interpersonal, a committed who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours, and can-do attitude.
