Responsible for overall performance of the branch
- Understand the market and its challenges and strategize plans to thwart/mitigate intensity.
- Manage inventory and liquidate stocks on agreed timeframe.
- Motivate and share expertise knowledge to help team to achieve targets.
- Operate time-to-time promotional activity, mini roadshows, awareness programs, BTL marketing etc.
- Liaise and follow head-office rules and regulation set for branch operation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of branch management preferably in IT channel distribution industry.
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and any other analytical software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong commitment to complete tasks on time.
