Showroom Supervisor

Ideal candidate will be overall responsible for the operation of the assigned showroom and supervising all sales and marketing activities of the showroom in order to achieve targets; whilst managing the showroom staff to perform their roles effectively. Our branches are located in Pettah, Kollupitiya, Wattala Nugegoda and Kandy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the operational activities of the assigned showroom.
• Being in-charge of the showroom sales team, ensures monthly sales targets are met. 
• Supervise costs and all facts affecting the profitable performance of the showroom.
• Maintain relevant reporting and planning systems to issue timely management & statistical reports.
• Lead and guide the staff, to maximize sales and profit, to achieve and excel above the sales target.
• Deliver excellent customer service, by promptly attending to all customer queries.

Key Requirements:

• Overall 4 years' experience with minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in supervising a showroom.
• Exposure in POS, Billing and Inventory Systems.
• Possessing a higher educational in Marketing or related area will be an added advantage 
• Effective verbal & written communication skills (Trilingual ability is preferred).
• Well conversant in MS Office packages (Excel/ Word).
• Male candidates below 55 are encouraged to apply.
