Site Support Engineer (Biyagama)

The client is a multinational apparel company, looking for an IT personal to locate at Jaffna and provide Hardware & Network support to the IT team. We are seeking for a dynamic self-motivated candidate with a good personality who is committed towards the job and willing to work long term with the company.

JOB ROLE

• Install & Maintain Computer Hardware and Network peripherals
• Maintain Wi-Fi Network and LAN Network
• Provide end user support
• Graphic Designing and other special activities would be an advantage
• Maintain relevant documentations
• Purchase computer items and maintaining records

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Academic & professional qualification in Computer Hardware & Networking
• Good Technical Background (Computer Networks - CCNA Preferred)
• One Year to Two Years experience in a similar capacity
• Candidates with statistical knowledge will be favorably considered
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and diagnose IT problems
• Salary 59,000/-
