RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality, and administration functions
- Closely work with the group head of the Kitchen department to develop and implement menus for guests, costing, and minimising food wastage
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff performance
- Monitor holding and storage operations, stocking and food rotation, and guarantee food hygiene standards are met
PREREQUISITES
- A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Computer literate in MS Office packages
- Possess good leadership and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and a positive attitude
- Excellent standard of personal presentation & hygiene
