Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Deploy appropriate attraction strategy to reach different segments of the job market (press, website, ERS, flyers, head hunting, career fairs etc.).
  • Implement the most efficient and effective selection strategy to select competent people within service standards to ensure a smooth running of the business.
  • Participate in career fairs, conduct workshops in universities, make publications, provide internship opportunities, and have continuous relationships with external and internal stake holders in order to project HRC as an “Employer of Choice.”
  • Onboarding documentation and placement of new recruits. 
  • Ensure a good candidate experience by strengthening the candidate resourcing touchpoints.
  • MI generation and record keeping in relation to recruitment function.
  • Manage Internal referral scheme.

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Degree or an equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role in KPO or ICT background.
  • Hands-on experience with Application Tracking System and HRIS.
  • Previous experience in relation to Tech recruitment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high level of perseverance.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiar with virtual working platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
