System Support Officer - Banking Industry

SYSTEM SUPPORT OFFICER
FOR A COMPANY IN THE BANKING INDUSTRY

• Experience of working in Banking Industry on Finacle platform, preferably Finacle 10 for at least 3 years in recent past.
• Handling the IT infrastructure, including system administration and network troubleshooting.
• Clear and effective communication along with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Coordinating with Global IT Centre.
• Liaising with IT wing of the company and arranging for implementation of various tech initiatives by regulatory bodies.
