- Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies
- Partnering with departments and external clients to understand staffing needs
- Conducting the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods and networking
- Identify potential customers and businesses that have a need for our services.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through various methods, including cold outreach, networking, and market research.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, and the status of potential partnerships.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or lead generation in IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree/Professional Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruiting methods, sourcing, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Should be able to work Onsite.
- Conduct client visits as necessary.
