Team Lead-Sales Administration

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Administration Team Lead to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the team of sales administration executives, ensuring that all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. Furthermore, the team lead needs to possess sound knowledge of the business process and will also be responsible for preparing some business critical reports.


  • Lead and manage a sales administration team, ensuring that all team members are working together effectively to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement sales administration policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Liaise with other departments, including engineering, quality assurance, planning, production, logistics, and finance, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer relationships, including handling customer complaints and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide regular reports on sales administration performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Preparing some critical reports for customers.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field or an equal qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
