Job Prerequisites
- At least 4 years of experience in managing a technical team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong Software engineering skills
- Ability to participate in/contribute to high level architectural discussions
- Good team player with team motivation and mentoring skills
- Ability to organize work by feature through breaking down stories & tasks
- Ability to get the right things done at the right time by task prioritization
- Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript/React/Redux/HTML5/CSS3
- Experience in multiple backend languages (PHP/java/Python etc.)
- Experience in using CICD, code reviews, design reviews, code coverage, unit testing and test automation
- Experience working with AWS /GIT/Jenkins
- Application development experience with MySQL and MongoDB
