Technical Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware/ software and related Network Infrastructure
- Ensure network security is implemented and maintained as per information security policy
- Provide technical support to end users
- Maintain all forms of desktop devices such as PC, Laptops, Mobile devices, Printers, scanners etc.
- Liaise with vendors for 2nd level support on desktop issues.
- Identify and understand new technologies and industry direction
Profile:
- Holding a recognized professional qualification in IT
- 06 Months 1 Year Experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Motivated team player with willingness to learn and contribute
