Key Responsibilities
- Product development on Product Segment and Category Growth.
- Training and Demonstration on Distributor Secondary Sales Growth.
- Prepare Agreed plan on customer training requirement and Maintain Daily Call Plan.
- Prepare Activity Plan for Promotions.
- Work on New Product Launch Plan.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Automotive or related industry.
- Communication skills in Sinhala, English and Tamil.
- Self Motivated.
- Industry awareness.
- Technical Skills related to Automotive industry.
