- HND/NVQ level 4 in plumbing or related field
- Technical support to customers and sales teams on bath ware, taps, and sanitary ware products.
- Conduct research and provide insights into new technologies and materials that can be used in product development.
- Train plumbers on the technical aspects of products and how to install and maintain them
- Assist in creating technical documentation and product manuals
- Handle customer complaints related to technical issues and provide solutions
- Hold a valid riding license
